Why did ICC issue an arrest warrant?
– For war crimes in Ukraine.

– In fact, ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan started investigating possible war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in Ukraine a year ago.
Will Putin be arrested?
– Although the International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued the warrant, it does not have the power to arrest suspects.
– It can only use its jurisdiction in those countries that have signed the treaty establishing this court.
Russia has not signed the treaty, so Putin cannot be arrested.
What did the Ukrainian President say?
